Rate Card

The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, which are between 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. local, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Unless otherwise agreed upon in individual addendum:

A rate of $150 per hour will be charged for technician level onsite support

A rate of $200 per hour will be charged for engineer level onsite support

A rate of $150 per hour will be charged for all training

A rate of $225 per hour will be charged for all project management

A rate of $450 per hour will be charged for CTO, CISO, CSO, CCO services.

A rate of $50 per recording will be charged for voiceover services

A rate of $200 per computer will be charged for all Standard Computer Builds and rebuilds, either in our facility or done remotely.

A rate of $250 per computer will be charged for all *RUSH*(7-days or less notice) Computer Builds and rebuilds, either in our facility or done remotely.

A rate of $495 per hour for Incident Response

Note 1: After-hours Onsite Support will be billed at twice the normal billable rates.

Note 3: All onsite work is billed at a minimum of 1 hours, and then fifteen (15) minute increments after that.
